Understanding Healthy food

Understanding "Healthy food" is food that has nutritionally balanced, contain fiber and substances that the body needs for growth and development. A healthy diet should be like to be an element of nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, vitamins, and little unsaturated fat, or rather abbreviated menu name 4 healthy 5 perfect.

The amount of chemicals and only have 1 or 2 content only, so that the body will still lack some very important substance, following label some foods containing 4 healthy 5 perfect:


  •     carbohydrates: found in rice, wheat, cassava, and others.
  •     protein: there is lots of tofu, tempeh, eggs bacon, etc.
  •     minerals: abundant in vegetables
  •     vitamin: there is lots of fruits
  •     milk
Interest eating healthy foods for our bodies is to keep our bodies healthy, to grow and develop properly. The food is healthy and nutritious balanced does not mean the food is expensive and unpalatable. Healthy food by nutritionists containing four kinds of food, namely: the staple food, side dishes, vegetables and fruit.

Staple food

Staple foods containing carbohydrates (starch). For example rice, corn, bread, cassava and sago. Carbohydrates are needed by the body as an energy source. Of this energy source, we can do any activity or activities. So, that powerful body then every day we have to eat enough carbohydrates that can be taken from rice, bread, corn, cassava, and sago.

Side dishes

The side dishes contain lots of protein and fat are used to build up the body and replace damaged cells. Examples are included in the side dishes are meat, fish, chicken, eggs, tempeh, tofu, and others.

Vegetables and Fruits
Vegetables and fruits contain many vitamins and minerals. These vitamins and minerals needed by the body to keep the body and not susceptible to disease. Examples of vegetable is spinach, kale, carrots, and others. Fruits for example: mango, heruk, papaya, and bananas. For that, every day we need to eat enough vegetables and fruits.

Thus, in order that our bodies stay healthy we need to consume four types of these foods every day. Do not forget to add your milk in healthy food. Four types of food and milk plus what is called healthy food or commonly known as "four of five perfectly healthy".
